fixed a small mistake in gearboxes.xml

Modification adds a new Voron Grad, renamed to Ural Next with the correct engine name and power, gearbox, correct fuel tank capacity. 2 different lifts, all add-ons, and new tires are now available. It is also no longer region locked.

It also introduces some ranking and pricing difficulties aside from being able to acquire the truck at rank 1.
