Ural 432031 Rebalanced V1.2

Fixed bigger wheels not being able to be fit on even with raised suspension (had to raise the suspension a little more)
Lowered size of the fuel tank a little (320 to 280, more in line with the Voron Trucks)
Still working on how to fix the small steering to the opposite direction when you turn with the controller

Ural 432031 mod with some fixes and addtitions + balanced to the vanilla game.
