Shorty Squarebody v1.0.0 Car
Well, the time has to lop the back doors of the Classic Crew (my 4-door version of this truck) and the Shorty Squarebody is one stout little TrailRunner.
While similar to my O.G. Classic Crew in many ways, this truck has a few new features including the option to swap the front clips between a 70’s or 80’s style.
There’s also a paint job and parts to give the truck a Fall Guy-ish vibe. This is by no means a replica of the iconic TV truck because there are just way too many differences. (Manufacture, body style, year, long bed…) So, consider this a modernized knockoff of that classic era of trucks.
Now, this is far from vanilla, but you’ll definitely need to put in some work to keep the truck on all 4-wheels.
As with all my trucks, the TrailRunner Spec Tunes/Suspension/Parts are the idea the trucks are built around, but the Classic Series is toned down a bit with a more realistic center of gravity. They also have more mission and game-focused tuning options.
You have the option to run the truck in what I call a ‘Stock-ish’ form. So, smaller wheels, lower suspension… you get then picture.
This truck has a super-soft suspension so it’s pretty much worthless for towing unless you use the specific towing suspension, especially being a single cab. The hitches have added weight built-in. There is an addon of a standard hitch and gooseneck option for the [IR] Gooseneck Trailer Pack. (Thanks IR)

Credits: Thanks to BigDubz for his Baja Claw and Irok tire. Truck and Engine models from CGTrader (they’re the same as my Bruiser build). Other tires CGTrader & Sketchup. Some of the wheel centers and other misc parts that weren’t made by me started life as CAD conversions from GrabCAD, so a massive thanks to all of those artists for sharing their creations.
Finally thank you to all the map makers for creating all the amazing places for us to abuse our trucks. Huge respect for all your hard work, time, and creativity.
