MZKT-74135 Name Conversion V1.0.1 Truck

This adds a new Kolob-74760 renamed MZKT-74135 with the proper engine name, transmission name, fuel tank size. A lift kit, all add-ons and new tires are also available now, and the truck is region unlocked as well.

It also introduces some ranking and pricing difficulties aside from being able to acquire the truck at rank 1.

I am sharing this because its something I use personally.

I won’t really update it or change it much unless absolutely necessary.

This is tested to only work in SP. Manual install will only cause errors. Sorry.

Known bugs include the name change NOT WORKING! ugh i cannot understand why it has worked on 2 other trucks ive made but not this one. As usual this will not work with a manual install.
